Matthew Nagel is an attorney licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois and works entensively with professional clubs and coaches around the world. In his career, he played with Clube America in Brasil as part of the Feyenoord feeder system and several professional and semi-professional teams in the United States. Collegiately, he was a four year starter and captain for Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois.
When an injury ended his playing career, he attended law school at Washington University in St. Louis. While pursuing his J.D. he served as the Editor-In-Chief of the Manual of International Legal Citation and served on the executive board of the Global Studies Law Review. In 2008, he earned his LLM in Intellectual Property from Washington University to further his practice in Sports & Entertainment law and began working with athletes that had aspirations to continue their soccer careers after college and into the professional ranks.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. In the St. Louis community, Matt is the executive director for the steering committee of Young Literati of the St. Louis Public Library.

Chris is an Assistant Vice President of Business Banking at JP Morgan Chase Bank in Colleyville, Texas, serving the Dallas Metroplex. He specializes in assisting businesses manage their cash flow cycle to more efficiently run their company, and through his expertise he has helped many companies to surpass growth and income expectations. Chris is educated on all aspects of the financial world and holds his Series 6, Series 63, and Life and Health licenses.
Chris graduated from Knox College with a degree in Integrated International Studies and French Literature. His International Studies degree focuses on finance, economics, politics, and history. Chris is also fluent at speaking and reading French.

Directer of Soccer Marketing
Mike Warner is a licensed attorney with a passion for the world of soccer. Mike played youth soccer with Metro Soccer Club, competing in tournaments throughout Missouri and Illinois. Graduating from the Illinois soccer power house of Edwardsville High School, Mike went on to attend St. Louis University. In 2007, Mike began law school at Saint Louis University School of Law where he obtained a juris docturate degree in 2010.
Mike began working with soccer players and coaches in 2009 when he came on board at S&E Entertainment. Mike’s goal is to help all those who have chosen to make a career of soccer to achieve their goals. Whether it be getting to the next level or simply finding the right fit for an individuals playing or coaching style, Mike strives to provide unique representation for each and every professional with whom he works.

Alex Durst is a third-year law student at Washington University in St. Louis who works regularly with Major League Soccer (MLS) clubs. Having lived in Spain and Argentina, Alex speaks fluent Spanish and maintains an impressive network of contacts with players, coaches and clubs throughout Spain and Latin America. Alex focuses on marketing talented players from South America to American clubs in MLS and clubs in Europe. He also secures opportunities abroad for American players.
Alex grew up in Cincinnati, OH, and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of Cincinnati. He also works for an Immigration Law Firm in St. Louis, Missouri, and in his spare time he volunteers teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) classes to local Hispanic immigrants.

Jessee Renner handles social media and communications for S&E, as well as spearheading online marketing campaigns for clients.
